Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA if your order is $50 or more. A tracking number will be sent to you after your order is shipped.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 10am (EST). Orders you place  late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday or Tuesday. Charges may be added to orders if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

  • Orders placed between Sunday and 10am (EST) Friday are generally shipped within 24-36 hours.
  • Orders placed after 10am Friday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. If you place your order after 10am it will ship the following day.  

Please call us if you require expedited shipping.

  • USPS Priority Mail usually takes 1 to 3 days to arrive.
  • UPS/Fedex Ground usually takes 1 to 5 business days to arrive.

We ship from Traverse City, Michigan USA.

Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam should add an additional $5.00 charge for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 10am (EST).


Returns and Replacements

Thank you for your purchase.  Rockys Mountain Gear stands behind all of our products. We want you to be happy.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date you received your purchase.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.  For manufacturing or defective issues, please visit the Dexshell Guarantee Page - guarantee page.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.   Please allow 7-10 days for processing. 

Replacement

If you receive an item that is defective, we will gladly replace it for you.  Please visit the Dexshell guarantee page for details.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Returning Merchandise by Mail

On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.
